Information

Our sessions are based on a retainer/sitting fee. This is due at the time you schedule your appointment. The retainer is half the price of the session fee and is non-refundable! The retainer holds your date and time of session. Sessions will last 1- 1.5 hours. This time is for your session so please be ready for your shoot when you arrive. And be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time.

Retainer must be paid in full! That is also where you read and sign the contract.

The rest of your session fee is due at the time of your photo shoot. This fee covers my time and talent that goes into making your images works of art that you will love!

We currently accept cash and checks. (Please make all checks payable to Whitney Woodland)

Woodland Photography does not give out RAW/SOOC images so please do not ask.

The Photographer will take several snap shots of the same pose, pick the best ones, edit them, and delete 

the rest. How many shots you see the Photographer take is not the amount you will get back.

All edited images along with a print release will go on a disc for you to print anywhere.

Woodland Photography recommends getting prints from mpix.com or any other professional photo lab.

We use a watermark on all edited images that are put online. This protects our work from being stolen. When you are given your edited images on a CD they will not have the watermark on them.

If you need a new CD, or more than one, please feel free to contact Whitney Woodland to order a new one. A fee of $5 will be charged for each additional CD.

Woodland Photography will keep your edited photos on average of 6 months. Whitney Woodland/Woodland Photography is not held responsible for any lost or damaged photos before or after the six month mark.

Woodland Photography encourages their clients to look for ideas on what kind of poses they want for their photo shoot. Pinterest is a great place for ideas. Feel free to send us any ideas you have and we will store them for you until the day of your shoot. Or the client has the option of keeping the ideas for their photo shoot.

Please give up to 3 weeks for photos to be edited. Unless you have a wedding or newborn shoot, those may take longer.
